A great home is shaped long before the walls go up. Our experience, planning and attention to detail guide every decision, from the first idea through to the final finish.
01 — Discovery
We start with the site and the way you actually live — orientation, light, thresholds, and the rooms you will use every day.
02 — Documentation
Details are resolved on paper before a slab is poured. Joinery, tiling and reveals are set out first, so the structure serves the finish.
03 — Construction
Our own carpenters lead the frame and finishing. Trades are sequenced tightly, with weekly reporting and photographic progress.
04 — Handover
A full defect walk-through, commissioning, a finishes care guide and a twelve-month maintenance review.
