Where AGIC Projects builds across South East Queensland
We are based on the Gold Coast and build across the city and the wider South East Queensland region. Because we take on a limited number of projects each year, we stay close enough to every site to be on it whenever it matters.
Central Gold Coast
Bundall, Ashmore, Benowa, Surfers Paradise and Southport. Established streets, tight setbacks and canal frontages, where the design work is about privacy, outlook and getting the northern light past the neighbours.
Southern beaches
Broadbeach Waters, Mermaid Beach, Miami, Burleigh Heads, Palm Beach and Currumbin. Narrow blocks and high land value make every square metre count, and salt exposure makes material selection a durability decision, not only an aesthetic one.
Northern corridor
Hope Island, Helensvale, Coomera, Paradise Point and Sanctuary Cove. Larger blocks, waterfront and estate covenants, where documentation and approvals need to be handled carefully before construction begins.
Hinterland and beyond
Tallai, Mudgeeraba, Worongary and the Currumbin Valley, plus selected projects in Brisbane, the Scenic Rim and the Northern Rivers. Sloping sites, access constraints and bushfire or vegetation overlays are routine work for us.
Local knowledge
Building well in Queensland is a specific skill. Subtropical heat and humidity, summer storms, coastal salt, flood and overland flow, steep or filled blocks and City of Gold Coast planning overlays all shape what a house should be before any style decision is made. Over a decade of local work means we know which details fail here and which last.
