AGIC Projects is a family owned, licensed Queensland builder working on a deliberately small number of residential projects each year. Design, construction and finishing are held in the same hand, which is why our work reads as one idea rather than a series of compromises. Below are the three ways we usually begin with a client.
How we work
Every AGIC project follows the same rhythm regardless of scale. We begin with the site — orientation, fall, outlook, neighbours, council overlays and the way you actually want to live in the finished house. From there we resolve the detail on paper: joinery set-outs, tiling layouts, ceiling heights, shadow lines and the transitions between materials. Only once those decisions are settled do we start building, because the cost of changing your mind on a drawing is a conversation, and the cost of changing it on site is a delay.
Through construction you deal with the people responsible for the outcome, not a call centre. Our own carpenters lead the frame and the finishing, trades are sequenced tightly so the site stays clean and predictable, and you receive regular photographic progress and a clear view of where the budget sits. At the end there is a full defect walk-through, commissioning of services, a care guide for the finishes and a twelve-month maintenance review.
Where we build
We build across the Gold Coast — Broadbeach, Mermaid Beach, Burleigh Heads, Palm Beach, Bundall, Ashmore, Southport, Hope Island and the surrounding suburbs — and take selected projects in Brisbane, the Northern Rivers and elsewhere in South East Queensland.
